About Me

I love having deep, meaningful conversations! I am passionate about getting below the superficial small talk and diving deep. I feel like I’ve been a counselor my whole life. Nothing brings me more joy than sitting with someone and offering them a non-judgmental space to be fully themselves. It not only humbles me, but it’s also a privilege to bear witness to another’s story.

When I am not in full counseling mode, I’m hanging out with my husband, two daughters, and two dogs.
